Recognition Survey: Provision of Special Facilites in Family / Civil Courts

The survey is running for 6 weeks between 6 May 2008 to 17 June 2008

The HMCS Domestic Violence Branch are carrying out a recognition survey on the provision of special facilities in family / civil courts.  This survey is being taken forward in response to assessments carried out in 2005 and 2007 into the provision of special facilities in the family / civil courts:

The purpose for this recognition survey is to ask you as practitioners and court users if you have seen the special facilites poster when attending court with / without your client and to gauge the level of take - up of special facilities in the civil courts.  The survey and covering letter are attached below:
