The Council
Membership
Membership is drawn from the diverse stakeholder groups who work in and with the family justice system. The Family Justice Council is chaired by the President of the Family Division; The Rt. Hon. Sir Mark Potter and the Deputy Chair is Lord Justice Thorpe.
